Intuitive Fitness

What is intuitive fitness? Intuitive fitness is when your body, spirit, and mind work in harmony during exercise, and exercise becomes interesting and rewarding instead of boring and unchallenging accompanied by a sense of achievement and satisfaction. The goal of intuitive fitness is to fulfill your body, mind, and spirit  hierarchy of needs while maintaining a healthy diet and exercise program. I’m still in progress for reaching total self actualization in fitness and health, that apex where you reach full potential and self-fufillment.

Honestly, I’ve been on a fitness hiatus for two days. I use to exercise 7 times a day. Lately, I’ve been slacking beyond belief. Part of my rationale is that I haven’t been challenging myself enough, since I’m always sampling a different workout to keep myself from getting bored.  The other part is that maybe I need to take a hiatus period to muse over what I need to change in my program.

I found a yoga place that gives a free yoga session for one day and a week of yoga for $25  (for newcomers only) in Ormond  Beach called Hot House Yoga. I’m thinking of adding it to my program to get a jumpstart education on yoga in all its forms.

These are the classes they offer on a weekly basis:
