No More Trouble Zones

TOTAL CALORIES BURNED: 973

Okay, I didn’t reward myself like I said I would. I ended up munching on prunes and 160 calories worth of pretzels for lunch. Dinner was Caesar salad, ravioli, and a gyro. Yum!

All in all, I think I exercised enough this week. My cousin lost 16 pounds in a few weeks. Wow! He exercised and dieted. Kind of motivates me a little.
