Finished the 30 Day Shred (January 8 – February 14). Now, I’m trying a new exercise regime.

1 Hour of Power Yoga

4 Circuits 25 -30 Minutes of Intense Cardio – Banish Fat Boost Metabolism

Level 1 and 2 of the 30 Day Shred Back to Back
